What kind of gainer should you use?

If you are naturally skinny and struggling to gain muscle mass then I’ve got the solution for you.
In the business we call your type a “Hard Gainer”, usually this type of people have got a very fast metabolism rate witch can make it very difficult if you are trying to gain some mass, but on the other hand if you are smart and you know your way in the gym and nutrition it can become an advantage, because you have a low body fat percentage your muscles will be much more visible than if you had a high fat percentage.
First thing I want is to emphasize is the importance of a gainer, which leads us to why I chose the Mass Tech gainer, simply because in my opinion and experience it’s the best protein, fat and carbohydrate ratio compounded in order to help you to gain mass, you still have to consume 5-6 six meals a day but no meal you will eat can compare to 1 serving size of mass tech, so when you do use it it replace only one meal.
How to use it? well it’s really simple, just like a protein shake, you have inside a scoop, a serving size is 5 scoops, that you mix with water or (low fat milk 1% or less) right before you drink it, the amount of water/milk depends of your taste, a personal favorite of mine is the cookies and cream, yummy.
For beginner I suggest to take one serving every day between meals, and on a training day you add one more serving (total of 2) you take the second after the workout.
I use this website my self to order so for more info, great price and a safe buy go to Bodybuilding.com
