Rear pulldown
Get Ripped, Latissimus Dorsi | Elad | March 22, 2010 at 6:38 amHow to execute a rear pulldown the right way
Watch this video first:
1. Starting position: Keep your elbows slightly bent and put them at the side of your body, also keep the bar behind the neck line.

2. Ending position: Take your elbows to the back and leave a space of 2-3 inch between your neck and the bar.

3. During the exercise: Make sure that your hands aren’t spread apart too much and grip the bar just a bit wider then your shoulder line, throughout the exercise let your elbows lead the motion.
Safety tips: Don’t bend your neck forward and keep it straight and keep your eyes to the front, keep your lower back straight and avoid the tendency to arch it on the way down.
