Watch this video first:
1.Starting position: keep your elbows slightly bent and keep you stomach and chest close to the cushion.

2.Ending position: make sure that your elbows are spread open to the sides and you chest separate from the cushion for a few cm.
3.Durring the exercise: from the beginning of the motion you should start and bend your elbows and make sure that they are facing the sides of your body, align your hands and elbows in the shoulder ling and follow this ling throughout the motion.
Safety tips: keep your wrists straight, keep your stomach close to the cushion and make sure that when you perform this exercise that your lower back is straight all the time.
