Get Ripped, Latissimus Dorsi | Elad | March 24, 2010 at 3:05 pmHow to perform a front close grip pulldown
Watch this video first:
1. Starting position: Keep your elbows slightly bent to prevent a coffee brake, and keep your back straight.

2. Ending position: Lean around 10 degrees backward, make sure that your elbows are close to your sides and take the triangle to the middle of your chest.

3. During the exercise: Let your elbows lead the motion, and make sure that when you take the triangle down you lean backward so the motion will be done diagonally and not in a straight line as most people perform.
Safety tips: Keep your wrists straight, make sure that when you lean backward you do it slowly, keep your lower back straight and tight your stomach.
