1.Starting position: Position your body so that your chest will be parallel to the floor and your elbows are slightly bent, start the exercise and make sure that your hands almost in the same line as your shoulders.

2.Ending position: Make sure that you make contact with the cable, unlike most of the fly exercise that we perform with dumbbells, in this exercise you should go for the full range on motion.

3.During the exercise: Avoid moving forward and backward, and keep your body at the same position, make sure your arms are the only part moving.
Safety tips: As in all of the exercises that we perform standing, we should make sure that our knees are bent and we spread our legs, as for the back you should pay attention and avoid arching it and keep it straight.
