Watch this video first:
1. Starting position: Get to the point that your chest and elbows are at the same line, you should feel your chest stretching at this point.

2. Ending position: Stop the motion just before you get to the point that your elbows joints are locked and keep the slightly bent.

3. During the exercise: Keep your elbows inside and make sure you don’t open them to the sides and make sure that the front part of your body is leaning forward and your legs are pointing to the back.
Safety tip: Keep your wrists straight and make sure the your chest don’t go any lower the your elbows line.
