How to perform a proper Bicep curl

Watch the video first.

Video Breakdown:

I want to explain why I exercise with 2 hand simultaneously and not a repetition on one hand and then switch, in other articles we talked about “coffee breaks”, so when you work with one hand the other one is actually “resting” if you will, when you work with 2 hands together it will prevent the “coffee breaks” and will get you to closer to your goal by working constantly on your target muscles throughout the set. Another important emphasis is to use your elbows as the “axle” when you do the bicep curl exercise, make sure your elbows stay still and don’t push them forward trying to get a momentum, if the dumbbells are to heavy just change them.

Lets go over a few safety tips:

A. Make sure you wrists are straight, careful not to bend them.

B. exhale when you lift the dumbbells and inhale when you go back down again.
